Want things a little sooner? Go for the Trackable Courier Service – deliveries with this option typically arrive in about 3 to 5 days post-dispatch.
Can I enter a PO box or military address?
Street addresses work best for delivery. Courier services aren’t able to deliver to PO boxes or APO addresses, so it’s important to use a physical address where your order can be received without delays.
What happens with larger orders?
For orders containing 90 pills or more, we divide them into separate packages. This approach helps shipments move through customs more easily and supports smoother delivery overall. All parcels are sent out the same day, so they stay close together on their way to you.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, we’ll generate your tracking number within a few days – usually between day 3 and 4 after dispatch. If you chose the Unregistered Mail route, it’s a simpler service without tracking, so no number is provided in that case.
Will anyone be able to tell what’s inside the package?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, yes – we can help update the address. Contact us as soon as possible so we can make the change before it’s packed. Once the package is dispatched, it’s on its way, and changes can’t be made, but we’ll always do what we can to help.
